Taganay National Park
The national park "Taganay" in the Chelyabinsk region covers the territory from the mountain range of the Southern Urals to the forest-steppes.

The National Park "Taganay" was created on March 5, 1991. It became the first in the Urals. The total area of the park is 568 km².

The name translates Taganay from Bashkir as «the moon pedestal». Mountain tundra, relict forests and moss swamps, untouched by human hand, have survived there.

In the park, you can go fishing on the Big Kialim. You can climb the Otcliknoy ridge and admire the Valley of Fairy Tales with its fancy stone figures. Or just take a walk and make gigabytes of amazing photos.
