Dominion Tower Business Center
Dominion Tower is a business center on the south-east of Moscow in the Dubrovka district, designed by Zahi Hadid.

The architectural bureau of Zaha Hadid «Zaha Hadid Architects» executed the project of the building by the request of the developer DominionM.

Construction of the business center began in 2008. With the participation of Russian architect Nikolai Lutomsky, the project was finalized and adapted to the Moscow conditions of the period. The opening of the building took place on September 25, 2015.

The business center is a seven-floor building with a total area of 21.4 thousand m², of which 9.7 thousand m² is reserved for office space and a parking for 251 places.

The design of the business center was carried out using the parametric architecture methodology - using computer graphics on specially created software.

According to the Deputy General Director of Zaha Hadid Architects, Patrick Schumacher, the project was based on the principles of the Russian avant-garde, which were later developed in modern architecture.
